We are currently accepting applications for a Marine Service Advisor position.
This individual must take great pride in their work, provide exceptional customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
 
Responsibilities Include:

• Originating repair orders for service and sales departments
• Scheduling service work
• Selling parts and labor to repair orders
• Tracking job status & progress
• Communicating clearly and proactively with customers
• Pre-selling additional work proactively
• Ensuring service work is approved in advance
• Returning phone calls and emails promptly
• Upselling service work effectively
• Cashiering repair orders and fully explaining work performed
• Creating customer loyalty
• Checking inventory and customer units for service bulletins and recalls

• Basic understanding in Microsoft Office including excel, word and power point.

Work hours would be Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm (or) 6:00pm as needed.
